Return Policy
Most new, unopened items sold by Ash’s Pokedex are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. We will also cover the return shipping costs if something was delivered to you in error. 

Refunds
Refunds are allowed after an item is purchased as long as your order has not been fulfilled. Most fulfilled items are eligible to be refunded after the item is received back to insure product and packaging is corret.
